Project 1 - KYC Preventative ControlsWorked on the delivery of a large transformation program, aiming to implement strategic automated KYC preventative controls to front office trading systems of a global Investment Bank. These controls were designed to prevent execution of transactions with clients through electronic channels without complete KYC information, to improve the Bank\'s control landscape.Assisted in developing the Run the Bank Operating Model and Key Operating Procedure for global the Bank\'s KYC Preventative Controls, setting out the BAU governance and transitioning ownership from the change team to front office executives.Project 2 - Risk DashboardWorked with a Tier 1 Investment Bank to implement a new Client Risk Viewer dashboard, enabling front office staff to view their client base, and action any pending items with their clients. Initiated and worked on new work streams and workshops with the new stakeholders to establish priority items and next steps to meet the needs of the front office. Managed workloads and prioritization within the immediate team to ensure all tasks were met with in the given time frame, to enable go-live of certain aspects of the dashboard.
