ABOUT ELLIOTT DIONISIO

I have a track record of success in law, public policy, service work, and communications. As a regulatory compliance attorney, I have represented small, mid-sized, and Fortune 500 corporate clients across industries including technology, social media, health insurance, pharmaceuticals, and management consulting. I have advised clients on compliance with laws and regulations, conducted risk assessments, and counseled them through government investigations and enforcement actions. I have a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including antitrust laws with respect to data privacy, use, and sharing; monopolies and restraints of trade; and unfair competition. I also have experience litigating large-scale commercial disputes from start-to-finish, most notably involving antitrust, breach of contract, and fraud claims. As a public policy advocate, I have offered guidance on legislation concerning access to mental and behavioral health care, substance abuse treatment, and suicide prevention through collaborating with legislators, government officials, and community-based stakeholders.I am also committed to social and economic justice, as shown through my role as Co-Chair of White & Case LLP\'s Racial Justice Task Force and engaging in get-your-hands-dirty service work with AmeriCorps. I\'m enthusiastic about teaching youth skills of argumentation, critical thinking, and professionalism through coaching high school mock trial teams.
