ABOUT ELLIOTT ALTBERG

Elliott is currently the Head of Investments at Crestpoint Real Estate Investments Ltd, with responsibility for all aspects of Crestpoint\'s initiatives in support of the investment mandate. Prior to joining Crestpoint, Elliott started his career as an analyst in 2005, with Merrill Lynch in their real estate investment banking division, spending time in both New York and Hong Kong. In 2007, Elliott transitioned to real estate private equity, joining Tishman Speyer as an Associate in New York City, with a focus on US acquisitions. Elliott was promoted to Director in 2009, and his role was expanded to include portfolio and asset management responsibilities for the Tishman Speyer Office Fund, a publicly listed vehicle on the Australian Stock Exchange. In 2010, Elliott relocated to Toronto for a position within the real estate investment banking group of TD Securities, where he spent almost 4 years working in both a brokerage and investment banking capacity. Elliott joined Oxford in 2014 as an Associate on the Investments and Finance team and was promoted to Associate Director in 2015, to Director in 2017 and to Vice President in 2019.Elliott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College, with a focus on Economics and Mathematics.Over the course of his career, Elliott has worked on more than $50 billion in real estate transactions on the advisory side of the business for Merrill Lynch and TD Securities, and more than $25 billion in real estate transactions on the principal and asset management side for Tishman Speyer and Oxford.
