Since joining Form3 in 2019, I have made a meaningful contribution to the scaling of the business. Here are what I consider to be the highlights so far- Played a key role, both as an individual contributor and leader, in the Talent Team managing to hire 200+ amazing Senior Engineers over a 4 year period, peaking at hiring 15 Senior Engineers per month- Initiated and contributed to the development of Form3’s now market-leading tech branding- Consistently provided excellent candidate experience across thousands of Senior Engineering interview processes- Lead a team of 5 Talent Partners to successfully deliver into various functions across Form3- Hired exceptional people into all areas of the business including; Engineering, Product, Operations & Marketing- Redesigned and managed internal mobility processes to ensure ease of movement between teams, and a fair and transparent promotion pathway- Enjoyed a successful secondment within Form3\'s Data Services Product Team.
