Key responsibilities include- Personally leading the annual business planning and quarterly reporting processes- Advising, challenging and supporting fellow directors as they develop their local business plans- Establishing and leading major change initiatives- Developing, proposing and overseeing the journey to net zero carbon emissions- Managing the business development pipeline - from horizon scanning to bid oversight to evaluation- Line-managing, developing and supporting subject matter experts including legal, data protection, procurement and environmental sustainability leads- Delivering commercial returns through process improvements, such as a more robust procurement process- Playing a wider role in the leadership of the charity - eg supporting strategy refresh, presenting at all colleague events, sitting on key forums
