Supporting Employers to fully utilise their Apprenticeship Levy to develop existing staff and invest in new recruits, I provide a key account management service for employers accessing University provision, including apprenticeships, work-based learning and other commercial programmes. I build links and partnerships with businesses aimed at both new and existing employees, and combine part-time study at Leeds Trinity University with workplace training. Designed in collaboration with Employers, Higher and Degree Apprenticeships, are a cost-effective way to attract and retain talent, up-skill your workforce and increase productivity.My duties consist of the below: Apprenticeships• Act as a primary point of contact for employers engaging in apprenticeship programs.• Develop and maintain relationships with businesses to secure new apprenticeship opportunities.• Ensure compliance with apprenticeship standards, funding regulations, and employer requirements.• Work collaboratively with academic staff to align apprenticeship training with industry needs.Employer Engagement• Act as a strategic link between the university and employers, identifying mutual benefits and opportunities.• Organize and attend networking events, employer fairs, and industry forums to promote university programs.• Gather feedback from employers to inform curriculum development and improve service delivery.Strategic Collaboration• Work with internal stakeholders to integrate employability-focused initiatives across all academic disciplines.• Support the university’s strategic aims by contributing to the development of industry-relevant programs.• Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in all partnership activities and initiatives.Monitoring and Reporting• Track and report on the success of apprenticeship, work-based learning, CPD, and placement programs.• Use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
