Working in a busy Trades and Labour environment sourcing and recruiting unskilled labour, skilled tradesmen and plant operatives for various projects throughout the UK.I mainly deal with Sub Contractors specialising in small to large Rc Frame, Steel Frame, Civils and Groundworks projects.I manage my own desk at our base of operations in Borehamwood and as well as recruiting my job duties also include- Weekly timesheet management - Creating well written and attractive job advertisements on various job boards- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients - Using networking, job boards and our own database to source trades and labour for immediate placements- Business development - Provide ongoing support for operatives employed by Acrow- Reference checking and vetting all potential candidates before employment - Liaise with Project Managers, Site Managers etc. on a daily basis- Take job requirements and specifications from our clients- Daily admin duties including database maintenance, CV Screening and candidate registration.
