Responsible for the development and delivery of the architecture for Arm\'s next-gen neural processor. Also contributing to machine learning, security and device management architecture across Arm\'s product portfolio, including CPU, GPU and NPU.Recently spent a year on international assignment, on-boarding and developing new hardware, software and modelling teams working in machine learning and ray tracing.Previously lead the teams that developed Arm\'s first two generations of machine learning processors: involved in all areas of architecture and microarchitecture, supporting customer engagements, line management of the design team and responsible for hiring. Latterly, more focused on architecture investigations and resource planning for advanced product development.
