My passion for business technology and delivering high customer service began at an early age, leading me to start my career at MCS in a junior operational role. This hands-on experience gave me a deep understanding of business operations and revealed a significant opportunity, which was to offer a level of service that local competitors couldn\'t match.Over the years I developed a technical understanding and gained exposure to the operations of a business, which then transitioned me into a client-facing role through my understanding of both the service we deliver and how it\'s delivered. This enabled me to connect with business owners and senior management teams, understand their challenges, and create bespoke solutions for them.As a Director at MCS, I’ve overseen significant growth, helping hundreds of UK businesses with modern technology solutions while navigating the cyber security landscape.
