   As biochemistry lead, built a PROTAC screening pipeline with FRET assays designed to measure compound dependent binary and ternary complex formation-Prosecuted high-throughput screens to identify small molecule molecular glues of enzymes to known inhibitory protein partners. Worked cross-functionally with the biophysics team to implement complementary binaryand ternary assays to measure kinetic constants and find cooperativity between differentparts of the induced ternary complex using SPR on the Biacore 8k-Rapidly built multiple sub-nM enzymatic activity assays to for in-house HTS to quickly enable tool molecules for kinase projects by designing and enabling novel synthetic peptides in LANCE (HTRF) and Caliper formats-Brought-in and established liquid handling automation by setting up Access Workstation with Echo 655 and Certus FLEX. Integrated existing biological and biochemical assays into automation workflows.Enabled AI tools to reduce data analysis time-Project team global proteomics lead. Designed and executed experiments measuring dose and time effect of project PROTAC molecules on target and off target protein degradation-Processed cancer cell-line samples, set up LC-MS methods with both TIMS-TOF and Orbitrap Astral and searched peptides/proteins in DIANN. Analyzed results in Mass Dynamics and Spectronaut and GeneData software-Executed ubiquitinomics experiments to help determine key lysines being ubiquitinated by PROTAC molecules and spatially map full ligase-target complex. Also, utilized a similar acetylomics workflow to identify off-target PTM effects of project compounds using Spectronaught to identify the change in modified peptides for both experiments.
