I’m the Director of Operations at Kurv, where I focus on building scalable, efficient systems that sit at the intersection of payments, technology, and customer experience.My role spans end to end operational ownership across our merchant platform and payment processing ecosystem, from onboarding and underwriting to pricing, deployment, developer operations, and long term account management. I work closely with engineering, sales, risk, and customer success teams to ensure that what we design is not only powerful, but operationally sound and easy to support at scale.A big part of my work is translating complexity into clarity: tightening workflows, improving data flow and reporting, automating where it actually adds value, and removing friction for both merchants and internal teams. I’m especially focused on operational architecture, how systems talk to each other, how decisions are routed, and how we embed intelligence into day-to-day processes.I’m driven by continuous improvement, thoughtful automation, and building operational foundations that allow teams to move faster without breaking things. If it improves reliability, transparency, or customer outcomes, I’m probably interested.
