I lead the product strategy for Manager Hub, a platform that streamlines 25+ internal HR tools for 135K global managers. I partner with HR teams to deliver a best-in-class manager experience, driving key integrations to increase engagement and manager productivity. To continuously enhance the user experience, I conducted research in collaboration with UX, launched CSAT, and defined a three-year vision focused on personalization, customization, and AI. I also owned the Ivy Help Center roadmap (serving 530K employees), where I championed developer efficiency and content excellence. I led the creation of an automated translation pipeline supporting 14 languages, and launched an API to unify HR content across multiple tools, reducing silos and content duplication.
