About Ellie Thorstad
A 2022 survey found that only 12% of goals achieved during organizational transformation were sustained for more than three years. I\'m energized by preparing organizations and leaders to defy these odds. Across industries and job titles, my career has focused on helping employers bridge communication gaps, strategically roll out change, and engage their team members with nuance and empathy.
