About Elizabeth Haws
Before I could write real words, I would carry around a notepad and fill the pages with random tally marks. I would try to draw each mark perfectly straight and place the marks in neat, even rows. Even in those early days, I was wired to engage in tasks that resulted in an organized, well-structured final product. This disposition for structure has encouraged me to participate in jobs and projects where I can provide valuable order. From creating formal processes to cross-communicating across departments, I have noticed that I feel most fulfilled when I take undeveloped or chaotic inputs and deliberately beautify the outputs.
