Created an onboarding program including 13 different courses and with several supporting documents, activities and quizzes for each course. • Coordinated, scheduled, and hosted onboarding trainings on a weekly basis with 1-15 participants each week. • Coordinated, scheduled, and hosted ad hoc/ process improvement trainings with 100+ participants per training instance. • Granted systems and applications access. • Worked with the Training Team, Training Manager, and department SMEs to prioritize training needs/objectives and develop content for trainings and SOPs. • Assisted with systems installation and access for new Client Services staff, working closely with IT for any troubleshooting as needed. • Provided direct “desk side” training support to the Client Services teams as needed. • Created training curriculum, technical procedures, and user materials including SOPs, user guides, job aids, and assessments such as activities and testing. • Adjusted training and documentation project components as needed to meet changes in priorities, needs, and other business conditions. • Generated reports and tracked statistics, as needed, to quantify results of training initiatives. • Helped to maintain and update SOPs and improve processes, procedures, and documentation for accuracy and efficiency.
