ABOUT ELLIE ZIMMERMAN

As a Program Manager, I lead the successful delivery of a large-scale contingent workforce program for Rightsourcing by Magnit, supporting healthcare clients across multiple regions. I partner closely with hospital leaders to fill critical job requests, guide our team on program deliverables, and ensure seamless execution of our services. I manage a team of direct reports, providing mentorship, structure, and support to help them grow and succeed while keeping client satisfaction at the forefront.I pride myself on bringing clarity and calm to complex processes—streamlining tasks, removing roadblocks, and lightening the load for both my clients and my team. Whether it’s through problem-solving in real time, refining workflows, or digging into a process to find the “why,” I thrive in the spaces where strategy meets people.My master’s degree in Psychology adds a unique lens to my work. It’s allowed me to deeply understand what motivates people, how to communicate effectively under pressure, and how to drive results by tapping into each individual’s strengths. My background as a therapist trained me to ask the right questions, listen intentionally, and deliver thoughtful, tailored solutions.Outside of work, you’ll find me lifting heavy weights in the gym or at the dog park with my Australian Mountain Dog, Puddle—she’s the real boss in my house.
