Responsible for leading the cross-functional Clinical project team including CTLs, Clinical Research Associate (CRAs), In-House CRAs, Project Coordinators and Centralised Study Associates, across all regions (EU, Americas and Asia Pacific) with direct accountability for the management and coordination of all clinical activities on a global level to ensure successful delivery throughout all stages of the project Serve as key Client contact for clinical deliverables and oversee delivery of clinical projects to scope, schedule and cost, ensuring all clinical deliverables remain on track Serve as escalation point for all clinical project issues for both the client and internal team whilst proactively identifying and resolving issues Line management of Clinical Team Leads (CTLs) within the EU including onboarding, training, resource management, monthly review and development meetings and performance management Support the world-wide growth of Global Clinical Project Delivery through candidate selection, onboarding, mentoring, resource management and ongoing development
