For more than a decade, CHEC has been working in partnership with the NHS to increase patient choice and provide access to timely care and treatment locally.As a Resourcing Specialist at CHEC, I support recruitment across the South region, Head Office, and sessional roles in ENT and Dermatology. I manage end-to-end resourcing activity, including writing person specifications, adverts, and role profiles, whilst working on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes. My role also involves analytical work such as KPI reporting and providing insight to drive better outcomes, as well as building strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective workforce planning and delivery.
