ABOUT ELLIE SCHAARDT
Being a natural hard worker has allowed me to excel in different opportunities when they are presented to me. I like to be involved with opportunities that keep me busy and doing something meaningful. Usually, those meaningful activities are centered around helping others reach their full potential. I was blessed with the opportunity to be a Student Strengths Coach through the CliftonStrengths Institute, and it allowed me to mentor first-year students through their first eight weeks of college. Building close relationships with the students I coached and the fellow coaches I facilitated with is one detail I hope to continue in my consulting career. Although I am exploring the consulting world, I also love to crunch numbers and see the behind-the-scenes of business, which led me to declare a major in accounting.After wrapping up my first semester of coaching, many students gave me glowing reviews of how comfortable they felt with me, how well I communicated, and how I brought positive energy to the class and the coaching sessions. Being a Student Strengths Coach has allowed me to become a better listener, team member, and leader.I would love to explore more opportunities in the management consulting realm.
