I have worked across the U.K domestic and international funding sector for over 25 years and successfully established and grown fundraising functions in a range of organisations from community services to organisations with a regional, national or international reach.That success has meant bringing-in multi-year 7 figure funding and programmes of significant income generation as well supporting SME charities to develop income generation programmes to secure their future.I love getting to know people and ambitious work that seeks to make a real difference. I relish the opportunity to understand impactful work and support it being scaled without it always being size that captures my fundraising imagination.I have thrived when working for start-up or ‘hard to fund’ causes or projects and have successful experience of working with Ultra High-Net Worth and Major Donor funders, High-Profile supporters, Trust and Foundations and Corporates as well as overseeing individuals and community fundraising programmes.My experience across a breadth of not for profits has demonstrated flexibility and striven for innovation supported by my deep knowledge of traditional fundraising methods.Understanding that each cause and organisation has very specific fundraising needs, I will always work through a tailored plan and approach with clients, working to both deliver and upskill the in-house team as needed.
