I celebrate my non-linear career path that includes 20 years in the K-12 sector as a teacher, manager and consultant before a pivot into the healthcare sector. I am currently working with leaders at University Hospitals to expand UH\'s health services research portfolio through major grant awards. The common thread throughout my career has been a commitment to enhancing human potential and building communities.I have also evolved a soft fascination with the Great Lakes into advocacy and activism.
