With over a decade of experience in sales, marketing, and partner strategy, I bring a unique and operationally grounded perspective to business leadership — forged through a career that spans Security Solutions, risk management, healthcare, wellness, automotive, and law enforcement sectors. My expertise lies in building high-impact partnerships, driving cross-functional programs, and delivering strategic solutions that enhance safety, resilience, and commercial success.I’ve led successful partner strategies and programs across markets, always with a focus on win-win relationships and measurable outcomes. My foundation in law enforcement, combined with a deep understanding of threat, risk, and harm management, allows me to bridge the gap between operational reality and strategic growth — especially within complex or regulated industries.As the Women in Security lead for the ASIS Ottawa Chapter, I’m proud to champion inclusion and mentorship within the profession, creating opportunities for women to grow, lead, and thrive.Since relocating from the UK to Canada in 2022, I’ve embraced new challenges with energy and adaptability — balancing a fulfilling professional life with my role as a proud hockey mom.
