Sales operator for a large pot of key accounts within the Newcastle branch for Europa Worldwide Group, I deal with all aspects of new & existing business as well as creating and maintaining good relationships with my customers to help grow our network, ensure repeat business and create better opportunities for myself. I work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, such as our European partners, in order to receive prompt and informative updates to ensure my clients are always receiving the best standard of service.I have built a broad knowledge and understanding surrounding the Freight industry and customs regulations, and enjoy utilizing my expertise to train new starters and attend face-to-face meetings with clients.
