Support Deposit Operations, Retail Banking, Wire Payment, and Item Processing departments. Provide project management support for large-scale initiatives. Serve as IT product SME. Gather business requirements, configure changes, or engage appropriate internal or external partners, coordinate and help facilitate UAT and implementation. Coordinate vendor and internal releases. Communicate changes. Provide IT system administration and perform configuration requests for core banking services. Develop cross functional workflows to automate processes through enterprise products. Configure bank forms, notices, and statements. Provide IT product life cycle support. Provide tier 2 ITIL support for helpdesk services. Engage vendors as needed. Maintain audit documentation for User Access Management and Change Management. Develop training resources and host live training sessions.
