ABOUT ELLIE FUTTER
I care about making services and spaces feel safer, more inclusive, and more responsive to the people they’re meant to support. My background is in education - coordinating trauma-informed, relational, and behaviour-focused culture change across large further education colleges. At my core, I care about making processes and services work better for people. I bring a mix of strategic thinking, creative design, and a strong values base to complex problems - whether that’s supporting students, shaping inclusive policy, designing accessible resources, or facilitating collaboration between staff. What drives me is the belief that services and systems should work WITH people. My key strengths include- Designing policies and strategies that are trauma-aware and person-centred- Turning big ideas into clear, usable resources that support people on the ground- Advocating for lived experiences in systems that weren’t built with people in mind.
