ABOUT ELLIE CRAGG
I’m an experienced Change and Business Transformation leader with a proven record of delivering enterprise-wide digital and cultural transformation across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.Over the past six years at Riverside, one of the UK’s largest housing associations, I’ve led organisation-wide SaaS and process transformation programmes that reshaped how thousands of employees work and deliver frontline services. Most recently, I led the change and adoption strategy for the Oracle (People Hub) transformation, impacting 4,500+ colleagues and integrating sensitive HR and financial data. This required coordinated delivery across multiple workstreams, deep understanding of digital risk, and engagement with senior stakeholders across business and IT governance forums.I’ve also delivered large-scale implementations of frontline and back-office systems for 750+ operational staff, integrating tools such as Total Mobile, Job Management System, DRS, and Open Housing, balancing technical complexity with cultural and behavioural change.Earlier in my career, I founded and led a property management company, working with housing charities to source and upgrade homes for vulnerable individuals. Having progressed from estate agency and branch management through to director-level and consultancy roles, I bring strong commercial grounding and a people-centred leadership style. I’ve also served as a Town Councillor and board volunteer, reinforcing my commitment to community impact and collaborative leadership. My approach is strategic, delivery-focused, and transformation-driven. I’m passionate about helping organisations realise the full benefits of digital change by building internal capability, fostering engagement, and ensuring people are equipped and supported every step of the way.
