About Ellie Canfield
I am an experienced Chaplain, Pastor, Professor and Missionary with a demonstrated history of working in churches, hospitals, hospice, and higher education. I am a professional pastoral care provider, professor, and speaker with a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) focused in Church & Ministry from Regent University, am currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership from Southeastern University, have 5 Units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) from Level I trauma centers, am Ordained with the Assemblies of God, and Endorsed as a VA & Healthcare Chaplain through U.S. Missions in the Assemblies of God. I grew up in Michigan as a pastor\'s kid in the AG, was a full-time missionary in Indonesia and the Philippines as a teenager with my parents, and later pursued my own ministry career. I am currently married and have a son. In my spare time I occasionally publish. I love weight lifting, writing, the beach, and a good cup of coffee.
