Currently working as a freelance MCR Operator for Dazn- Role involves routing feeds globally and setting up live streams for YouTube, as well as identifying technical issues across the company and escalating them. Currently working as a Broadcast Assistant at BBC Radio Leeds, mainly working on the West Yorkshire Sport show, and as a Journalism Co-Ordinator mainly for the Breakfast show- Role includes live production skills such as desk driving, building running orders, audio clipping, editing highlights and packages, social media output, archiving, handling phone calls- Other skills include researching, building a network of contacts, writing cue, reporting, voxxing, making good quality cups of tea and coffee. Currently working as a freelance News Producer for Global- Role involves writing cue for news bulletins, interviewing, reporting, voxxing and then clipping and editing the audio that\'s gathered.Stadium announcing and presenting for Yorkshire County Cricket Club at Headingley Stadium during the Yorkshire Vikings’ and the Northern Diamonds’ home T20 games in 2022, 203 and 2024- Skills include presenting to camera both live and pre-recorded to script, script editing, as well as live stadium announcing. Runner work for Optus Sport- Runner credit for working a Women’s World Cup promo shoot- Skills include punctuality, organising presenters and pundits to schedule, helping with scripted lines, liaising with studio staff. Video editing for Student Music Network- Editing music interviews using Adobe Premier Pro using brand guidelines. Sport Content Creator for University of Leeds Sport- Role involved filming and editing Instagram reels of University sport. Volunteer as a media team member during the 2022 Commonwealth Games in and around Birmingham- Role involved delivering schedules to multiple locations onsite, organising photographers and videographers inside the venue, organising athletes for interviews with non rights holders, directing staff for when medal ceremonies happened. Currently looking to expand my opportunities to freelance in the radio/TV industry.
