ABOUT ELLICE JOHNSON

Ellice specializes in executive leader development, C-suite and CEO succession planning, and CEO performance acceleration. As a leadership advisor at Spencer Stuart, she has worked with hundreds of executives across large cap, Fortune 500, and privately held companies, supporting their development as individual leaders as well as facilitating overall team effectiveness. She works closely with CEOs and Boards to ensure robust, multi-tiered succession planning. And when the time is right and selections have been made for succession, she works alongside the selected leader(s) to support their onboarding and acceleration. Her work expands across industries though she spends most of her time with industrial, tech, and financial services organizations. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Ellice started her career as a leader in the US Army where she served as a Medical Service Corps Officer for over 5 and a half years. Throughout her time in service, she led Soldiers who jumped out of planes alongside her, facilitated the restructuring and downsizing of an organization, responded to the COVID crisis in NYC, and taught future leaders at one of the military\'s leadership schools. Outside of work, Ellice enjoys being outdoors with her family and friends. On the weekends, you can find her hiking, biking, skiing, camping, and swimming.
