About Elle Szames
It has been over 15 years that I set aside my Marketing Executive career to give my attention to my passion; helping others to achieve their health and fitness goals. I enjoy every moment of helping clients get back in control of their health. I am a NASN Master Level Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist. I currently lead 7 outdoor and three indoor group classes per week: Outdoor Boot Camp Style; Cardio Dance; Golf Strength & Flexibility. The classes are held at a BAE Systems, The Four Seasons Residents Club in Carlsbad, The Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort, and Magee Park in Carlsbad. I have trained several one-on-one clients ranging from the ages of 14-80. I am highly innovative, creative, self motivated, and possess strong communication skills. My past experience as an outside sales representative gave me the confidence needed to present information to large and small groups of people and now I am so excited to be able to present a topic that I am passionate about: Health, Nutrition and Fitness. My goal is to work independently and help to challenge individuals and corporations to meet and exceed their life and fitness goals. Please take a look at this link.
