Ellen Scordato runs the book production/packaging division at Stonesong and agents selected projects. As a book producer for authors, publishers, and other clients, she does project management and timelines and hires and supervises the teams necessary to bring complex book projects projects to fruition. Stonesong was founded in 1979 to produce and package nonfiction books. Today, Stonesong does that and much, much, more. Stonesong has three arms: • a literary agency representing a wide range of successful nonfiction, fiction, children’s, middle grade, and adult authors, including numerous bestsellers• a custom book development division that can deliver anything from edited manuscript to finished books and e-books for organizations and institutions• a book production/packaging division that offers design and production services to all major publishers.Ellen creates and runs editorial and design teams, including ghostwriters, co-writers, line editors, recipe editors, copy editors, proofreaders and indexers; art directors, illustrators, layout and typesetting teams; photographers, stylists, and prepress, for large publishers, nonprofits, and custom private clients.
