My overall responsibility within this role is to ensure projects move smoothly, on/under budget, and all stakeholders and subject matter experts are communicated with properly. I do this mainly by liaising with managers and SMEs to define their objectives for the project and outline the project requirements. I also coordinate with both internal and external resources as need to ensure projects remain on track and within scope. In order to keep all projects on track, I also collect, organize, and distribute monthly and quarterly metrics, such as scoping timelines and testing timelines.
