ABOUT ELLEN KYGER
I am currently an SEO Strategist at JD Sports-Finish Line. I aso graduate with a Master in Sports product management from the University or Oregon in June of 2024. At JD Sports I help create an implement strategy to drive organic traffic and revenue to our websites. I also work to navigate the ever-changing world of search and AI, as well as the cycle of trends in the Sports Product world. From my Master program,I learned every step of the sports product lifecycle and was able to put it to practice and the skills it takes for jobs like Product Line Manager, product merchandiser, or even a product developer. My team and I created a performance running shoe all the way from ideation and consumer insights to working with an actual manufacturer to have a physical product. I created product briefs and tech packs, learned how to make a line plan, costing, branding, and more. I want to use these skills to be a PLM in the sports product space.
