We specifically work with WI lenders providing quality customer service as we manage appraisal ordering and the quality review process. We use ValuTrac software to better manage all our clients\' appraisal ordering needs. We are PROUD to say we hold Wisconsin AMC license #6-900, a new requirement in WI in 2018. As of February 2019, we were the only one of 83 AMCs licensed in WI specifically focused on WI lenders. If you are a lender with the same focus, we are the partner for you!
