Deputy Headteacher with a passion for curriculum design, pedagogy, and purposeful learning. Currently progressing through a Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship, building on a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Education, NPQML, and the OLEVI Outstanding Teacher Programme.I lead on whole-school strategy for curriculum, teaching and learning, and assessment — designing approaches that are coherent, evidence-informed, and built around what works. My focus is on depth, clarity, and creating the conditions for both pupils and staff to thrive. My leadership is values-driven and impact-focused, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, professional growth, and long-term thinking.Alongside my school leadership role, I contribute to national conversations around curriculum as part of the Chartered College of Teaching’s Rethinking Curriculum Expert Advisory Panel and a National Steering Group for play beyond EYFS.Grounded in practice.
