I’m the founder of and creator of – a cohort-based program for mid-career individuals, CEOs, and senior leaders who are successful by every external measure and still feel off-course.For more than 20 years, I sat inside HR and leadership teams in complex organizations – global pharma, national retail, SaaS, healthcare. I’ve: Led 30-person HR/L&D teams serving employees Rebranded learning programs that lifted adoption by 17% and engagement by 7% Built onboarding and leadership programs that had to work for real people in messy, high-pressure environments Launched a healthcare-focused magazine that generated roughly $180K/year in ad and sponsorship revenueI’ve watched brilliant people burn out, shrink themselves, or stay stuck because they didn’t have a safe place to tell the truth, rethink their story, and practice new ways of leading and living.
