Ellen Ely Enterprises has been a work in progress since Ellen\'s first paid speaking engagement at a Rotary Club. From that point in time and throughout her earlier career spent on Wall Street, Ellen knew she wanted to become an entrepreneur. began after Ellen left Wall Street and became a resource for organizations looking to coordinate team learning and develop corporate learning cultures. Ellen focused on the training of professional competencies within a variety of industries including law enforcement, healthcare facilities, higher education, pharmaceutical, investment banking and more. ​ A few years later Ellen was asked to join Cornell University as their Sr. Organizational Development Consultant. There she centralized training curriculum\'s to serve over Cornell staff members. After Cornell, Ellen traveled to Nigeria and broadened her inter-cultural understanding. Ellen then settled in the Philadelphia area and got to work expanding her business.
