I\'m a marketing and communications leader specializing in graduate enrollment strategy within higher education. In my current role at High Point University, I lead the development of integrated marketing initiatives that support recruitment across multiple health sciences and professional graduate programs. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and student experience—translating complex academic offerings into compelling, student-centered messaging that drives engagement and enrollment. My background spans brand development, digital marketing, and creative direction, with experience managing multi-channel campaigns, large-scale events, and high-impact marketing assets. I collaborate closely with academic leadership, enrollment teams, and creative partners to align messaging with institutional goals and deliver measurable results. I began my career in New York as a copywriter for Della Femina McNamee and Euro RSCG, where I developed a strong foundation in brand strategy and client service. I later founded Bassett Creative Services, Inc, providing marketing, advertising, and web development support to small businesses and nonprofit organizations. This combination of agency and entrepreneurial experience continues to shape my approach—balancing creativity with strategic, results-driven thinking. I hold a B.A. in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and am pursuing an MBA in Marketing at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, with a focus on analytics, strategy, and data-informed decision making.
