I manage Business Development for Zambrero UK. I work closely with our corporate locations and provide support and guidance to our franchise partners. I focus on increasing sales through new ideas and offers, creating sales strategies, building strong relationships with our clientele and increasing exposure to Zambrero to spread brand awareness. I work closely with each restaurant to identify tailored growth opportunities, plan and deliver events local to their area and create strategic partnerships and sponsorships that align with the location and brand. Linked with increasing sales & brand awareness, I manage all planning for local based events & our P4P charity events as well as managing the event diary for our larger scale sporting events - including Allianz Stadium, Lords, Silverstone. Alongside the above, I also work with the Franchise Team on recruiting new Franchise Partners to join the Zam Fam! I do this through pro-active outreach, supporting on marketing advertisements, attending networking events & event managing the Franchise trade-shows/Exhibitions. Key Responsibilities- Drive local and regional sales growth initiatives across all sites- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, partners, and community groups- Monitor performance and implement tailored business development plans per location- Plan and event manage any in-restaurant, community, charity, trade-show/exhibition and large sporting events- Provide and execute business development plans / activities during new restaurant openings- Identify, secure and manage new sponsorship and partnership opportunities- Support execute local marketing strategies aligned with brand goals - Support the restaurant teams daily on BD activity- Recruitment for Franchise
