Passionate outdoorswoman with a professional (and personal) background in outdoor recreation. You can find me at the intersection of work & play! My experiences fall along the line of outdoor recreation, sustainability and marketing, beginning in my college years to present day. I am a hard-working, creative, passionate leader with demonstrated success in marketing, event management, program management, project management, and improving customer relations. Experience successfully managing people and projects in a variety of professional fields. Successful record leading event teams spanning from mid-size sales events, large-scale vendor coordination, launching programs and events, tradeshows, to personal client retreat experiences. International experience including marketing, communications, and event coordination while residing in Europe. Passionate about recreational outdoor activities, spending time in nature, and appreciating the world around us.

1. Marketing Manager

   Manage ad creative process, website design direction and administration, pixel implementation, social media management, and content procurement. Develop, build and implement marketing plans from campaign level through execution on platforms including email marketing, social media ad campaigns, Google ad campaigns and print media. Assist in budget forecasting and manage department annual budget to meet budget goals. Develop multiple campaigns for four brands running concurrently and manage projects to meet deadlines and milestones. Assist in brand guideline creation and manage websites and platforms for brand consistency. Work with cross-functional teams to support creative development on brand and sales campaign programming. Launch development and design, planning to execution. Compile and analyze data within marketing and sales campaigns against broader market data to plan and forecast. Direct management of customer service team remotely while maintaining marketing manager role. Plan, implement and run the world’s largest fly fishing tournament, the Schoolie tournament.
