In this role, I am a \"Swiss army knife designer\"—flexing into design research, prototyping, experience design, service design, graphic design, and client facilitation. Select engagements:+ Designed in-person and digital experiences that fueled executive-level strategic decisions and company-wide culture transformation for one of the world’s largest technology services companies.+ Alongside colleagues from IDEO—researched, designed, and prototyped retail healthcare concepts and the overall in-store consumer experience for a major pharmacy retailer.+ Designed an all-company remote experience around DE & I realities and opportunities—with the guidance of a contemplative inclusivity and equity consultant—for one of the world’s largest investment firms.+ Designed materials, company rituals, and employee experiences for a fast-growing startup’s official return-to-the-office and hybrid work policy rollout.+ Researched and prototyped a re-imagined employee learning journey for a major communications and social networking platform.+ Led the design of immersive experience elements and early branding directions that fueled executive-level conversations around the identity and trajectory of a high-growth startup that had recently IPO’ed.
