   Reporting directly to CHRO and serving as key member of CHRO HR council, I set global internal communications strategy, methodology and change management for a unique global workforce of 25k team members in 18 diverse operating companies, across multiple industries and regions. Brought in from a short stint with an OpCo to set up first ever HR comms function, global strategy, infrastructure and methodologies, aligned with common messaging, collateral and measurement/KPIs. Provide strategic mentorship and guidance to internal comms specialists and champions from all OpCos and Dover, and serve as leader/sponsor of internal comms community of practice.
