About Ellen Patterson
EverHealth has allowed me many opportunities to grow and learn, as well as supporting my goals in my career.I started with iSalus Healthcare in January of 2008, in a Support role, as well as assisting new clients with their Billing implementations. Over my time at iSalus Healthcare, I evolved from Support Analyst to Senior Support Analyst to Team Lead. Next, I moved into a position as Senior Process Analyst on the Customer Success Team, working with our Revenue Cycle Management clients and our Product Team updating our Knowledge Base. I also coordinated data extraction services for iSalus clients.When the time was right, I accepted a position as a Deal Desk Specialist, working with multiple EverHealth solutions, not just iSalus Healthcare. I have learned a lot and enjoy assisting the Sales Team with providing contracts for both new and existing clients. Additionally, due to my experience from iSalus, I have begun assisting the Training & Enablement team with sales & billing-specific training materials. My personal goal is to provide the best assistance to the EverHealth Sales Team I can in a friendly, efficient manner.
