I have over 25 years of experience as a business developer specializing in the payment ecosystem, financial services, open banking, and SaaS for B2B. I have a proven track record of building and leading diverse sales and marketing teams of over 500 employees in C-level roles. My passion lies in transforming challenges into tangible results, fostering team collaboration, and driving organizational transformation. I possess extensive expertise in multi-channel sales strategy, new business development, corporate partnerships, branding, and digital marketing strategy. Throughout my career, I have engaged with corporate clients, including banks, fintech companies, retail organizations, and software companies. I\'ve been instrumental in forming strategic deals and guiding clients through the complexities of their payment portfolios. For the past five years, I\'ve ventured into entrepreneurship, co-founding a digital well-being platform with a renowned partner in Brazil. Additionally, I\'ve led the GTM Open Banking strategy at Teros during the early stages of Open Banking regulation in Brazil. Beyond my professional endeavors, I\'ve pursued my passion for remodeling houses and interior design through projects with Objective Interior Design company. Currently, I serve as the CEO of TCF Schools Management, overseeing the operations of Kiddie Academy Childcare centers across the USA. We manage 14 schools with plans to expand to 20 locations by 2026.
