ABOUT ELLEN MENARD
With over 30 years in pharmaceutical and medical technology leadership, Ellen has consistently delivered results across Fortune 500 companies and high-growth environments. She began her career at Abbott Laboratories, advancing through major transitions including Hospira’s spin-off and Pfizer’s acquisition, while managing P & Ls from $300 million to over $3 billion. At Baxter, she served as Vice President of Hospital Products, driving seven consecutive quarters of above-market growth and launching 20+ products. At Eugia, she led the turnaround of a $310 million business, delivering record profits and more than 20 new product launches in under two years. Following this, Ellen founded Menard Consulting Group, advising life sciences firms and private equity clients on growth strategy, M&A, and commercialization. She now serves as Corporate Vice President of Pharmaceutical Marketing at B. Braun, leading North American strategy and execution across pharmaceutical and clinical nutrition portfolios.
