   Recommend and implement board policies including personnel and procedures, program fulfillment, evaluations, outcomes, finance and strategic planning. • Partner with city officials in Greenfield, Monterey and Monterey County Supervisors to produce community art programs, including leasing sites, obtaining permits and securing funding. • Initiate grant research, prepare funding proposals, and deliver outcome-based reports.• Develop and oversee annual budget process and support the Board in the organization\'s fundraising plan. • Design effective advertising and manage organization\'s web presence (three websites), social media platforms and promotions. • Direct outreach programming with services provided to diverse client population. Partner with community programs to produce countywide creative workshops annually reaching more than 500 youth. • Manage facilities at the Archer Park Center (3,600 sq. ft.) Monterey and the Greenfield Cultural Arts Center sq.ft.) Greenfield.• Produce two large annual community family festivals serving over attendees with 200+ volunteers, including 12 nonprofits including contracting with dozens of performers and commissioning large-scale interactive art projects.• Provide leadership and oversight on community programs, partnering with schools, scientists, and nonprofits to develop community engagement, and issue-oriented cultural arts. Projects like, SeaChanges, Art is the Next Peace and Mi Vida/Mi Pueblo part of the Art Connecting Communities program. Arrange and curate special exhibits for projects locally and regionally.• Launched the Greenfield Cultural Arts Center in 2014. With support of the City of Greenfield, Local Advisory Group, Hewlett Foundation and the Arts Council for Monterey County developed, coordinated and implemented strategic plan including creation of advisory board and programming, raised in programming and in renovation funding in the first round of fundraising.
