Ellen Low is the managing partner and principal lawyer at Ellen Low & Co. We are a client-centered law firm focused on all aspects of employment and human rights law, in addition to providing pragmatic HR relations. This includes: drafting and reviewing employment contracts, workplace policies, termination provisions, non-competition clauses and restrictive covenants, wrongful and constructive dismissal litigation, employment standards, workplace investigations, as well as occupational health and safety issues.
