Stakeholder Lead on specific route section stakeholder engagement for one of the UK’s most high-profile infrastructure project: East West Rail. Working across complex, multi-stakeholder environments, I ensure that engagement is proactive, inclusive, and aligned with both project milestones and statutory requirements.I have previously supported Heathrow in their planning application for Easterly Alternations. Coordinating the delivery of engagement events, creating a stakeholder engagement plan, and drafting the Statement of Community Involvement. Workstreams include:• Designing and implementing stakeholder engagement plans tailored to each project phase of the DCO.• Managing relationships with local authorities and other statutory stakeholders. • Translating technical information into accessible formats. • Supporting the preparation of DCO documentation, including Consultation Reports, Statements of Common Ground, and Statements of Community Involvement.
