She is a member of Citigroup\'s audit, risk and technology committees and chair and member of the Citibank, NA board of directors.Former C-Suite Executive of BMO Financial Group, a Global Financial Institution, the 8th largest bank by assets in North America, retiring in 2013 after 30 years. Has M&A, integration, governance, risk management, and regulatory experience. From 2011 to 2013, was CEO of BMO Financial Corp. and U.S. Country Head of BMO Financial Group, responsible for governance and regulatory oversight for BMO’s U.S. businesses. From 2006 to 2011, was CEO of BMO Bank N.A, responsible for the US personal and commercial businesses.
