Passionate about service, writing, reporting, performing arts, storytelling and social media content creation. An effective, emotionally intelligent communicator who approaches problems with creativity, an open mind and open ears.What brings me joy is looking for the goodness in people and the activities I pursue. I am always looking for new ways to effectively and aesthetically communicate. In my time as a student at the UNC Chapel Hill Hussman School of Media and Journalism, my fervor for writing has grown exponentially, thriving in courses focusing on media law, digital storytelling, and reporting. In my content creation and leadership experience running publicity and social media accounts, I have found a great love and knack for video editing and graphic design.I seek jobs and environments that emphasize diverse contributions, provide hands-on and interactive connections, and nurture open-mindedness. Learning vital, sometimes disturbing, information sparks my own activism, igniting a desire to participate in the world around me and create a more equitable society for all gender identities, ethnicities, religions, and sexual orientations. I also have years of experience in childcare and am First Aid, Lifeguard, and CPR certified.
